Standard products ship within 48 hours; custom orders deliver in 7-15 business days. Every bollard undergoes 72-hour continuous burn-in testing and 5 full-stroke inspections, with a unique serial number and factory test report.
We provide full lifecycle service from site survey, solution design, foundation construction guidance, equipment installation and commissioning, to after-sales maintenance. Nationwide professional installation teams with inspection vehicles. We commit to 4-hour response for general faults and 24-hour on-site service. All products come with a standard warranty from purchase date, with free repair or replacement of faulty parts during the warranty period.
